If the status is abnormal: Cause: A unit on the subcard was faulty.
If the status is normal: Cause: The fault of the unit on the subcard was rectified.
Cause 1: A unit on the subcard was faulty.
1. Run the power off slot slot-id command to power off the board, and then run the power on slot slot-id command to power on the board. Then, run the display device command to check whether the board has registered, that is, whether the Register field is displayed as Registered.
2. Check whether this log is displayed, in which the value of status change is ""is normal"".
3. Replace the board and then check whether this log is displayed, in which the value of status change is ""is normal"".
4. Collect the alarm information, log information, and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

1. If the motherboard where the faulty subcard resides starts to reset, wait until the motherboard successfully resets, and no action is required. If the motherboard does not reset, go to Step 2.
2. Run the power off slot slot-id card card-id command to power off the faulty subcard, and run the power on slot slot-id card card-id command to power on the faulty subcard. Then, run the display device [ pic-status | slot-id ] command to check whether the subcard has registered, that is, whether the Register field is displayed as Registered.
3. Check whether this log is displayed, in which the value of status change is ""is normal"".
4. Replace the subcard and then check whether this log is generated, in which the value of status change is ""is normal"".
5. If the motherboard has only one subcard, run the power off slot slot-id command to power off the motherboard, and then run the power on slot slot-id command to power on the motherboard. Then, run the display device command to check whether the motherboard has registered, that is, whether the Register field is displayed as Registered.
6. Collect the alarm information, log information, and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
7. End.
