The file fails to be restored.

Possible Causes

1. The file integrity check code fails to be decrypted.

2. The file content is tampered with, and the file integrity check fails.

Procedure

1. The root keys for decrypting and encrypting the integrity check code must be the same. If the root keys are different, the decryption fails. The root keys of different devices are different. Check whether the file to be restored is generated on the local device.

2. If you need to restore data based on files generated on other devices, set the file integrity authentication mode to no-check before the restart.

3. The file content may have been tampered with. Contact Huawei technical support.
