Possible Causes

The FEFSM's stimulated action was incorrect when the device is being started.

Procedure

1. Run the reset slot slot-id command to reset the faulty interface board. Then, check whether the interface board can register after being reset.

  • If the interface board can register, go to Step 3.
  • If the interface board cannot register, go to Step 2.

2. Collect the alarm information, log information, and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

3. End.
