Cause 1:
The number of users in the current period is 50% less than that in the previous period. (The default value is 50%, which can be changed using the aaa-said check-rule user-number reduce-ratio command.)
Cause 2:
The traffic rates in both the current and previous periods are 50% lower than those in the previous two periods. (The default value is 50%, which can be adjusted using the aaa-said check-rule flow-speed reduce-ratio command.)
1. Check the cause of the log. If the log is triggered by the decrease in the number of users, go to Step 2. If the log is triggered by the decrease in the traffic rate, go to Step 3.
2. Check the cause for users to go offline. If the users went offline abnormally, go to Step 4. If the user went offline as desired, go to Step 5.
3. Check the cause of the traffic rate decrease. If the traffic rate decreases abnormally, go to Step 4. If the traffic rate decreases normally, go to Step 5.
4. Contact technical support personnel.
