Cause 1: The CLC was restarted, The status of the interface on the ICU change to down.
Cause 2: The network cables between the ICU and the CLC were not properly connected, The status of the interface on the ICU change to down.
Cause 3: The status of the interface on the ICU returned to the normal state, change to up.
1. If the CLC was restarted, no action is required. If the CLC was not restarted, go to Step 2.
2. Check whether the cables between the ICU and the CLC are properly connected.
3. Properly connect the cables between the ICU and the CLC. Then, check whether this log is generated, in which the value of status change is "Up".
4. Collect the alarm information, log information, and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
