NTP/4/NTP_SOURCE_LOST: System synchronization source lost.
In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.
This log message is generated when the current source reference clock is lost due to some reason and no candidate reference clock can be found.
1. Check whether the network is normal.
2. Run the display ntp-service sessions command to check whether candidate reference clocks exist.
3. Run the display ntp-service status command to check whether the server status is stable.
4. Run the display clock command to check whether the system clock is normal.
5. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
