Description

The GR helper status of an OSPFv3 neighbor changed.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
RouterId	Router ID of the local device.
NbrIfIndex	IP address of the non-virtual interface.
NbrIfInstId	Router ID of the neighbor interface.
NbrRtrId	Status of the neighbor interface.
NbrRestartHelperStatus	New helper status.
NbrRestartHelperAge	Remaining time for completing GR.
NbrRestartHelperExitReason	Reason of exiting from the helper status.

Possible Causes

During GR, the GR helper status of the device changed.

Procedure

1. Perform the following operations as required.

If the alarm was caused by manual master/slave switchover or OSPF process restart by GR, go to Step 3.
If the alarm was generated without any manual operation, go to Step 2.

2. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
