CLKSYNC/4/PTPTIMESTAMPUNCHANGE: The timestamp status changes to abnormal. (State=[State])

In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Description

Current timestamp change status.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
State	Current timestamp status. The value is 0.

Possible Causes

The timestamp packets received by the local device remain unchanged.

Procedure

1. Run the display ptp interface GigabitEthernet interface-number command to check whether the number of Sync packets received by the interface remains unchanged.

If so, go to Step 2.

If not, go to Step 3.

2. Check whether the link is faulty. If yes, rectify the link fault. After the link recovers, check whether the PTP/4/PTPTIMESTAMPCHANGE log is generated.

If yes, go to Step 4.

If not, go to Step 3.

3. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support.
