In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Cause 1:
The device is attacked by a certain type of user-side protocol packets.
Cause 2:
The HTTP host CAR bandwidth for sending packets to the CPU from the user side of a board on the device is set to a small value. As a result, normal service packets are lost.
Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
