1. The LNS was attacked by a specific type of packet.
2. The host-CAR for the packets to be sent to the CPU was set low, causing valid packets to be dropped.
1. Check whether the bandwidth of packets to be sent to the CPU is the same as the default one.
2. Run the undo hostcar command in the slot view to restore the bandwidth of packets to be sent to the CPU to the default one.
3. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
