Description

The physical entity channel is faulty.

Possible Causes

Service backup channel failed.

Procedure

1. Reset the slave board,check whether the alarm is cleared.

if so,go to step 5.
if not,go to step 2.

2. Replace the slave board,check whether the alarm is cleared.

if so,go to step 5.
if not,go to step 3.

3. Replace the master board.check whether the alarm is cleared.

if so,go to step 5.
if not,go to step 4.

4. If the alarm persists, collect information about alarms, logs, and configurations, and then contact Huawei technical support personnel.
