Description

The number of EAP user resources on the device reaches the upper threshold.

Parameters

Possible Causes

The number of EAP user resources on the device reaches the upper threshold.

Procedure

1. Send a login request for relogin.

2. If the user still cannot go online, the number of online users on the device has reached the upper limit. Log out some online users to allow the user to go online.

3. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

If the alarm persists, go to Step 4.
If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 5.

4. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.

5. End.
