Physical entity failed.

Possible Causes

slotid%s is failed, LCD screen is failed.

Procedure

1. Check whether the LCD is removed or the cables are not connected well.

If so, go to Step 2.
If not, go to Step 3.

2. If the LCD is installed, open the LCD. Remove the cables connecting the serial interfaces and re-connect the cables. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

If so, go to Step 5.
If not, go to Step 3.

3. Replace the LCD and check whether the alarm is cleared.

If so, go to Step 5.
If not, go to Step 4.

4. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support.
