In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Description

Physical entity failed.

Parameters

ReasonDescription	To describe the reason of trap in DisplayString style.

Possible Causes

The Monitor bus was faulty.

Procedure

1. Run the power off and power on commands on the faulty board. After the board is registered, check whether the alarm is cleared.

If so, go to Step 7.
If not, go to Step 2.

2. Remove the board and check whether the pinch board of the Monitor bus is installed well. Reinsert the board. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

If so, go to Step 7.
If not, go to Step 3.

3. Replace the board and check whether the alarm is cleared.

If so, go to Step 7.
If not, go to Step 4.

4. Check whether multiple boards report the alarm.

If so, go to Step 5.
If not, go to Step 6.

5. Remove the main control board and check whether the pinch board of the Monitor bus is installed well. Reinsert the main control board. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

If so, go to Step 7.
If not, go to Step 6.

6. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support.
