Cause 1: An internal submodule was not properly installed.
Cause 2: An internal submodule failed.
1. Check whether the power module is correctly installed.
2. Remove and reinstall the power module and check whether the alarm is cleared.
3. Perform an active/standby switchover and check whether the alarm is cleared.
4. Replace the power module. Power off the faulty power module before replacing it. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.
5. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support.
