ReasonDescription

To describe the reason of trap in DisplayString style.

Possible Causes

Cause1:The second 48 V power supply failed:

The second power module was not installed or The second power module failed.

Cause2:One or both power supplies failed,No external power supply was available for one or both power modules.

Cause3:The two PMU monitor buses failed.

Procedure

The second 48 V power supply failed.

1. Run the display device command and check whether the second power supply is unavailable.

  • If so, go to Step 2.
  • If not, go to Step 3.

2. Install an additional power module and check whether the trap is cleared.

  • If so, go to Step 6.
  • If not, go to Step 3.

3. Run the display device command and check whether the power module works properly.

  • If so, go to Step 5.
  • If not, go to Step 4.

4. Replace the faulty power module and check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • If so, go to Step 6.
  • If not, go to Step 4.

5. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support.

6. End.
