Possible Causes

After MAC address limit was configured and the trap function for MAC address limit was enabled, the number of learned dynamic MAC addresses exceeded the upper threshold. The number of learned dynamic MAC addresses then fell below the MAC address limit because some MAC addresses were aged. Consequently, an alarm was generated to inform the user.
