Description

A alarm was generated when tunnel protection group receives an APS degraded.

SessionTunnelId

Tunnel ID of a session

LocalLspId

LSP ID of a tunnel session

IngressLsrId

LSR ID of the ingress of a tunnel

EgressLsrId

LSR ID of the egress of a tunnel

WorkTunnel

Name of the working tunnel in a tunnel protection group

SgnlPrtcl

Signaling protocol used by a tunnel session including:

  • 1: RSVP
  • 2: STATIC
  • 3: CRSTATIC

SignalledTunnelName

Tunnel alias.

Possible Causes

1.One tunnel in the protection group is faulty.

2.Lock is configured for protection group.

Procedure

1.Check the status of protection group, if locked, delete the configuration of lock.

2. Check the status of Tunnel APS protection group and Tunnel status, to determine whether there is a fault Tunnel.

  • If not, proceed to step 5.
  • If yes, go to step 3.

3. Check whether the corresponding port of the faulty tunnel is shut down.

  • If yes, open the closed port.
  • If no, proceed to Step 4.

4. Check whether the optical fiber of the port corresponding to the faulty tunnel is properly connected.

  • If yes, go to step 5.
  • If not, reconnect the fiber.

5. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

6. End.
