TUNNEL-TE/4/hwMplsApsLost_active: Tunnel protection group did not receive APS frames from protection tunnel. Description

No APS frame was transmitted on the protect tunnel in the tunnel protection group.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

WorkTunnelIfIndex

Index of the tunnel interface

SessionTunnelId

Indicates the tunnel ID.

LocalLspId

Indicates the local LSP ID.

IngressLsrId

Indicates the LSR ID of the ingress node.

EgressLsrId

Indicates the LSR ID of the egress node.

WorkTunnel

Indicates the name of the working tunnel in the protection group.

SgnlPrtcl

Indicates the tunnel protocol ID. The options are as follows:

  • 1: RSVP
  • 2: STATIC
  • 3: CRSTATIC

SignalledTunnelName

Tunnel alias.

Possible Causes

No APS frame was transmitted on the protect tunnel.

Procedure

1. Run the display mpls te tunnel-interface command and check whether the Tunnel State Desc field is displayed as UP.

  • If so, go to step 2.
  • If not, see "TE Tunnel Is Down".

2. Run the ping lsp te tunnel interface-number command on the ingress of the protection tunnel to check whether traffic runs properly.

  • If so, go to step 3.
  • If not, see "Host Cannot Transmit Packets Along an LSP".

3. Check whether the physical link over which the tunnel is set up is faulty.

  • If so, repair the physical link.
  • If not, go to step 4.

4. Collect the alarm, log, and configuration information, and Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel..
