Description

A P2MP tunnel went Down.

Possible Causes

Cause 10: The tunnel was manually shut down.
Cause 30: P2MP Tunnel All Sub Lsp Down.

Procedure

Cause 10: The tunnel was manually shut down.
1. Run the undo shutdown command on the tunnel interface view. - If the fault is rectified, go to Step 3. - If the fault persists, go to Step 2. 2. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel. 3. End.
Cause 30: P2MP Tunnel All Sub Lsp Down.
The same as Cause 10.
