The VPLS PW or EVPN is carried over a LDP over GRE tunnel, and the signaling protocol status of the VPLS PW or EVPN is Up.
1. Check whether the VSI or EVPN name is correct. Specifically, run the display vsi name vsi-number verbose command to check VSI information. In a VPLS scenario, identify the corresponding PW based on the remote IP address displayed in the alarm information and check whether Tnl Type is LDP over GRE. If it is LDP over GRE, run the display vsi name command to check the public network tunnel type.
2. Run the tunnel-policy command to access the PW tunnel policy view and run the tunnel select-seq or tunnel binding TE command to change the public network tunnel to a non-LDP over GRE tunnel.
3. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
4. End.
