Cause 2:VC was created.
Cause 5:LDP Session Up.
Cause 11:LDP New Mapping Received.
Cause 18:Interface Up.
Cause 23:Tunnel was Up.
Cause 30:LDP Notification Forwarding.
Cause 42:Local PSN Fault Resume.
Cause 44:BFD for pw status changed to UP.
Cause 48:Manual set was disabled.
Cause 51:Vrrp status changed to Master.
Cause 52:Vrrp status changed to Backup.
Cause 54:Vrrp was deleted.
Cause 55:Track vrrp.
Cause 56:Undo track vrrp.
Cause 59:MTU matched.
Cause 95:AC token exceed resume or PW token exceed resume.
