L2VPN/4/hwPbbEvpnNotSupportTunnelAlarm_active: The public network tunnel of PBB EVPN cannot forward traffic. (EvpnName=[hwNotSupportTunnelEvpnName], RemoteIp=[hwEVPNPeerRemoteIp], TunnelType=[hwNotSupportTunnelType])

This log is supported only on NetEngine 8000 F1A.

In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Description

The public network tunnel of PBB EVPN cannot forward traffic.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

hwNotSupportTunnelEvpnName

EVPN Name.

hwEVPNPeerRemoteIp

Remote IP.

hwNotSupportTunnelType

Tunnel Type.

Possible Causes

  • Cause 1: The PBB EVPN is carried over a BGP tunnel, and the signaling protocol status of the PBB EVPN is up.
  • Cause 2: The PBB EVPN is carried over a E2E-SRTE tunnel, and the signaling protocol status of the PBB EVPN is up.
  • Cause 3: The PBB EVPN is carried over a TE over GRE tunnel, and the signaling protocol status of the PBB EVPN is up.

Procedure

1.Run the tunnel-policy command in system view to specify an LDP or TE tunnel in a tunnel policy. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • If yes, go to Step 4.
  • If no, go to Step 2.

2.Run the tnl-policy bevpn command in the B-EVPN instance view to bind the B-EVPN instance to the specified tunnel policy. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

  • If yes, go to Step 4.
  • If no, go to Step 3.

3.Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.

4.End.
