In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.

Possible Causes

  • Cause 136960: The power supply module was not in position.
  • Cause 136961: The power supply on the power module is faulty
  • Cause 136962: Over-input-voltage occurred on the power module
  • Cause 136963: Under-input-voltage occurred on the power module.
  • Cause 136964: Over-temperature occurred on the power module.
  • Cause 136965: The input fuse on the AC power module was open.
  • Cause 136966: The power module was installed but not powered on.
  • Cause 136967: The output of the power module is faulty.
  • Cause 136968: Over-output-voltage occurred on the power module.
  • Cause 136969: Under-output-voltage occurred on the power module.
  • Cause 136973: The power fix faulty.
  • Cause 136974: The device power is Insufficient.
  • Cause 136975: The power module is mismatch with the device.
  • Cause 136976: The circuit breakers on the power module are switched off.
  • Cause 136977: The input voltage of the power supply module was higher than the maximum voltage(1+1-).
  • Cause 136978: The input voltage of the power supply module was lower than the minimum voltage(1+1-).
  • Cause 136979: The input voltage of the power supply module was higher than the maximum voltage(2+2-).
  • Cause 136980: The input voltage of the power supply module was lower than the minimum voltage(2+2-).
  • Cause 136982: The power type does not match the type of the backplane.
  • Cause 136986: The A plane power supply on the power module is faulty.
  • Cause 136987: The B plane power supply on the power module is faulty

Procedure

  • Cause 136960: The power supply module was not in position.

    1. Check whether the power supply module is installed.

    • If so, go to Step 2.
    • If not, install a power supply module.

    2. Check whether the power supply module is installed securely.

    • If so, go to Step 3.

    3. Replace the power supply module. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    4. End.

  • Cause 136961: The power supply on the power module is faulty

    1. Check whether the power supply system is normal. - If not, go to Step 2.

    2. Check whether a short circuit occurs on the power supply system. - If not, go to Step 3.

    3. Replace the faulty power supply module.

    4. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    5. End.

  • Cause 136962: Over-input-voltage occurred on the power module

    1. Check whether external power supply is normal. - If so, go to Step 2.

    2. Replace the power supply module. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    3. End.

  • Cause 136963: Under-input-voltage occurred on the power module.

    1. Check whether external power supply is normal. - If so, go to Step 2.

    2. Replace the power supply module. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    3. End.

  • Cause 136964: Over-temperature occurred on the power module.

    1. Check ventilation on the router and in the equipment room. If the ventilation conditions are normal, go to Step 2.

    2. Check whether the power supply module is normal. - If so, go to Step 3.

    3. Replace the power supply module.

    4. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    5. End.

  • Cause 136965: The input fuse on the AC power module was open.

    1. Close the input fuse on the AC power module. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    2. End.

  • Cause 136966: The power module was installed but not powered on.

    1. Power on the power supply module. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    2. End.

  • Cause 136967: The output of the power module is faulty.

    1. Check whether the external power supply is normal. - If so, go to Step 2.

    2. Replace the power supply module. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    3. End.

  • Cause 136968: Over-output-voltage occurred on the power module.

    1. Check whether the external power supply system is normal. - If so, go to Step 2.

    2. Replace the power supply module. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    3. End.

  • Cause 136969: Under-output-voltage occurred on the power module.

    1. Check whether the external power supply system is normal. - If so, go to Step 2.

    2. Replace the power supply module. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    3. End.

  • Cause 136973: The power fix faulty.

    1. Change the power fix. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    2. End.

  • Cause 136974: The device power is Insufficient.

    1. Check whether the voltage value is able to support the device running in the normal status.

    2. Check whether the backup power module exists.

    3. Check whether the power module is damaged.

  • Cause 136975: The power module is mismatch with the device.

    1. Install a power module matching the device. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    2. End.

  • Cause 136976: The circuit breakers on the power module are switched off.

    1. Switch on the circuit breakers.

    2. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    3. End.

  • Cause 136977: The input voltage of the power supply module was higher than the maximum voltage(1+1-).

    1.Check whether the external power supply system is normal. - If so, go to Step 2.

    2.Replace the power supply module. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    3.End.

  • Cause 136978: The input voltage of the power supply module was lower than the minimum voltage(1+1-).

    1.Check whether the external power supply system is normal. - If so, go to Step 2.

    2.Replace the power supply module. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    3.End.

  • Cause 136979: The input voltage of the power supply module was higher than the maximum voltage(2+2-).

    1.Check whether the external power supply system is normal. - If so, go to Step 2.

    2.Replace the power supply module. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    3.End.

  • Cause 136980: The input voltage of the power supply module was lower than the minimum voltage(2+2-).

    1.Check whether the external power supply system is normal. - If so, go to Step 2.

    2.Replace the power supply module. If the alarm persists, collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    3.End.

  • Cause 136982: The power type does not match the type of the backplane.

    1. Check whether the power module and backplane types match. If they do not match, replace the power module with one matching the backplane type and then check whether the trap is cleared.

    • If the trap is cleared, go to Step 3.
    • If the trap persists, go to Step 2.

    2. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.

    3. End.

  • Cause 136986: The A plane power supply on the power module is faulty.

    1. Check external power is normal or not.

    • If abnormal, go 2.
    • If normal, go 3.

    2. Repair external power circuit.

    • If normal go 5.
    • If abnormal go 3.

    3. Change pm module.

    • If normal, go 5.
    • If abnormal, go 4.

    4. Collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    5. End.

  • Cause 136987: The B plane power supply on the power module is faulty

    1. Check external power is normal or not.

    • If abnormal, go 2.
    • If normal, go 3.

    2. Repair external power circuit.

    • If normal go 5.
    • If abnormal go 3.

    3. Change pm module.

    • If normal, go 5.
    • If abnormal, go 4.

    4. Collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    5. End.
