Possible Causes

The PW bound to the APS instance was carried over a non-TE tunnel.

Procedure

1.Check the bearer tunnel type of the PW. In a VLL scenario, run the display mpls l2vc command to check the bearer tunnel type; in a VPLS scenario, run the display vsi name command to check the bearer tunnel type.

  • If the tunnel is a TE tunnel, go to Step 3.
  • If the tunnel is a non-TE tunnel, go to Step 2.

2.Configure a TE tunnel as the bearer tunnel. Then, check whether the alarm persists.

  • If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 4.
  • If the alarm is persists, go to Step 3.

3.Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.

4.End.
