MPLS_LSPM/2/hwTeSourceInterfaceCheckAlarm_active: The packets are discarded because they do not match the TE source interface.(TeLabel=[hwRpfTeLabel], PortName=[hwRpfPortName])

Description

Packets with a mismatching TE source interface name were discarded.

Parameters

Possible Causes

The inbound interface name carried in packets of the static TE tunnel did not match the configured inbound interface name.

Procedure

1. Run the display mpls te tunnel verbose command to check whether the outbound interface name configured on the upstream node is correct.

If the configuration is correct, go to Step 2.
If the configuration is incorrect, correct the configuration. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 3,else go to Step 2.

2. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
