Possible Causes

Cause 148480: System message check code error exceeded the threshhold.
Cause 148481: System message sequence number error exceeded the threshhold.
Cause 148482: Failed to allocate the CPU resources required for configuring the IPsec/CGN/NetStream/IP_NICE service.

Cause 148480: System message check code error exceeded the threshhold.
Collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
Cause 148481: System message sequence number error exceeded the threshhold.
Collect alarm information, log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
Cause 148482: Failed to allocate the CPU resources required for configuring the IPsec/CGN/NetStream/IP_NICE service.
Reconfigure the IPsec/CGN/NetStream/IP_NICE service.
