EDSG Information Query over CoA

To enable the portal server to provide service information query and status acknowledgement, EDSG services support the query of basic user information and EDSG service information through CoA messages. The portal server sends CoA requests for information query to the BRAS, and the BRAS returns CoA responses carrying the information (such as the service status, duration, and traffic volume) to the portal server. The 0x04 command word in the HW-Command-Mode (26-34) attribute carried in CoA responses is used to query EDSG service information.
