The erps vpls-subinterface enable command enables an interface to instruct its VSI-bound sub-interfaces to update ARP and MAC address entries after it receives TC packets. Such sub-interfaces can be QinQ mapping 1:1, VLAN-type dot1q, QinQ stacking, and dot1q termination sub-interfaces. These sub-interfaces can delete MAC address entries in the VSI. |

The erps bd-subinterface enable enable command enables an interface to instruct its BD-bound sub-interfaces to update ARP and MAC address entries after it receives TC packets. Such sub-interfaces can be single-tag encapsulation sub-interfaces and sub-interfaces without policies. These sub-interfaces can delete only the ARP and MAC address entries in the local BD. |
