In LAC hot backup scenarios, domain-based forcible logout of LAC-side users through the backup device is not supported if the RBS is interrupted. If LAC-side users need to be forcibly logged out, you can disconnect the backup device. Then, clear domain-based LAC-side user information on the backup device, or delete the LAC-side user tunnel. |

1. The L2TP LTS/LNS does not support isolation of online and offline users. 2. LTS does not support HQoS. HQoS for downstream traffic on the LNS side is implemented on the TM subcard of each board. 3. The LAC and LTS do not support DAA/EDSG. DAA/EDSG on the LNS supports only the CAR mode. If rate limiting in SQ mode is performed, the traffic quota of the user is occupied. 4. LTS and LNS forwarding performance: inbound board (A) + tunnel board (C) + outbound board (B) If A=C, B=C, or A=B=C, and SQ is not configured for the user, and no replication service is configured, the forwarding bandwidth of the board can be reached. If the preceding conditions are not met, the forwarding performance decreases by 50%. 5. L2TP LAC/LTS/LNS users do not support user-side sampling. 6. The L2TP LAC and LTS do not support separate statistics collection for IPv4 and IPv6 traffic. 7. L2TP LAC/LTS/LNS users do not support flexible access to VPNs. |

When a PPP user and a LAC user share the same interface and only PPP dual-stack hot backup but not LAC hot backup is deployed, L2TP users will go online after a master/backup status switching during echo detection.Deploy LAC dual-device hot backup; otherwise, the reliability of LAC-side users cannot be guaranteed. |

In L2TP LNS user traffic forwarding scenarios, the high-performance forwarding mode can be configured only when the board where the outbound interface resides has an eTM subcard installed. Otherwise, you need to run the "forward-mode { through | loopback } l2tp" command to configure the board from which LNS users go online to work in half-line-rate forwarding mode. If the half-line-rate forwarding mode is not configured, packet loss may occur during LNS user traffic forwarding. |

Among the physical interfaces, 40GE interfaces (40GE x/x/x or 40GE x/x/x/x) do not support BRAS access. |
