AP Statistics Collection

Procedure

• View the AP list.
  1. Choose Monitoring > Wireless Service > AP > AP Statistics Collection. The AP List page is displayed.

     
     
     

  2. Click All to display all items. Click Custom to customize items to be displayed.

     Table 1 Statistics in the AP list

     Parameter	Description
     AP ID	ID of the AP.
     AP Name	Name of the AP.
     MAC Address	MAC address of the AP.
     AP Group	AP group to which APs belong.
     IP Address	IP address of the AP.
     AP Type	Type of the AP.
     Version	Software version of the AP.
     Serial Number	SN of the AP.
     Status	Working status of the AP.
     Power Supply Status	Power supply status of the AP.
     Central AP ID	ID of the central AP.
     Central AP Name	Name of the central AP.
     Central AP MAC Address	MAC address of the central AP.
     STA Access Failure Ratio	Failure ratio of STAs connecting to a WLAN.
     Logout Ratio	User logout ratio.
     STA Quantity	Number of STAs associated with the AP.
     CPU Usage	Current CPU usage of the AP.
     Memory Usage	Current memory usage of the AP.
     Wired-side Throughput	Throughput on the wired side.
     Login Period	Time when the AP went online.
     Total Restart Count	Total number of times the AP restarts.
     Poweroff Restart Count	Number of times the AP restarts due to power failures.
     Longitude, Latitude	Information about longitudes and latitudes of the AP.
     Indoor/Outdoor Channel Set	Channel mode of the AP.

• View AP information.
  1. View details about an AP.

     Click the name of an AP, and view details about the AP in the AP Details area.
     
     

  2. View the status of an AP.

     Click the status of an AP, and view the status details in the AP State Description dialog box.

  3. View information about STAs associated with an AP.

     Click the value under STA Quantity of an AP, and view details about STAs associated with the AP in the Wireless User List dialog box.

  4. View information about STA access failures.

     Click the value under STA Access Failure Ratio of an AP, and view details about STA access failures.

  5. View information about offline STAs.

     Click the value under Offline Ratio of an AP, and view STA offline details.

  6. Intelligently diagnose AP faults.

     Select an AP in AP List and click Intelligent Diagnosis to diagnose Mesh link faults, AP failures, and AP upgrade failures. The web platform will provide handling suggestions. For details, see Intelligent Diagnosis.

  7. View login failure records.

     Click Login Failure Record in AP List. The Login Failure Record page is displayed, on which you can view all records about the STA login failure on the AP to locate the related fault causes.

  8. View user logout records.

     Click Logout Record in AP List. The Logout Record page is displayed, on which you can view all STA offline records on the AP to locate the related fault causes.

  9. Export the AP list.

     Click Export Info to export the AP list a .csv file.

  10. IoT Card Info.

      Click IoT Card Info. The IoT Card Info page is displayed. You can view and export the status and information of the card in the IoT card slot, and reset this card.
