Trap Buffer Description

Working or protection configuration mismatch recovery are detected by APS frame. (IfIndex=[WorkTunnelIfIndex], WorkTunnel=[WorkTunnel], MismatchReason=[MismatchReason])

APS information on the local end of a bidirectional tunnel was inconsistent with that on the remote end has been recovered.
