esqm protocol disable

Function

The esqm protocol disable command disables a device from performing ESQM for Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) or GPRS Tunneling Protocol (GTP) packets.

The undo esqm protocol disable command enables a device to perform ESQM for SCTP, or GTP packets.

By default, after ESQM is enabled on a device, the device performs ESQM for SCTP and GTP packets.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Format

esqm protocol { sctp | gtp } disable

undo esqm protocol { sctp | gtp } disable

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

After ESQM is enabled on a device, the device performs ESQM for SCTP and GTP packets by default. To disable the device from performing ESQM for packets of one or more of SCTP and GTP, run the esqm protocol disable command.
