http-url deny

Function

The http-url deny command configures a blacklist of URLs for which web authentication or portal redirection will be performed forcibly.

The undo http-url deny command deletes the configuration of a blacklist of URLs for which web authentication or portal redirection will be performed forcibly.

By default, the blacklist of URLs for which web authentication or portal redirection will be performed forcibly is null.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Format

http-url deny urlstring

undo http-url deny urlstring

Parameters

Specifies an address of a web page.

The value is a string of 1 to 200 characters.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

During web authentication or portal redirection, configure a URL blacklist. If the sent packets match the URL blacklist, the packets will be discarded and calculated so that CPU usage decreases.

Precautions

In VS mode, this command is supported only by the admin VS.
