The l2tp session-speed auto-adjustment command enables automatic adjustment of the rate at which L2TP sessions are set up.
The undo l2tp session-speed auto-adjustment command disables automatic adjustment of the rate at which L2TP sessions are set up.
By default, the automatic adjustment function is enabled.
This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.
During L2TP user access on the LAC side, if the window for negotiation between LAC and LNS is large but the link status between the LAC and LNS is poor or the LNS performance is insufficient, the LNS slowly responds to the L2TP packets sent by the LAC. If a large number of L2TP session negotiation packets are stacked in the LAC sending window and fail to be processed in time, L2TP users fail to go online properly. To resolve this problem, you can run this command so that the LAC can get aware of the packet status in the L2TP tunnel sending window so that the rate of sending ICRQ packets is automatically adjusted, thereby achieving automatic adjustment of the maximum number of concurrent sessions negotiated in the L2TP tunnel. This function is enabled by default.
