Function

The mask feature-name command enables a device to filter out an alarm for a specific service.

The undo mask feature-name command disables a device from filtering out an alarm for a specific service.

By default, alarms are not masked.

Format

mask feature-name feature-name

undo mask feature-name feature-name

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
feature-name feature-name

Specifies the name of a feature. The feature must exist.

The value is a string of 1 to 31 case-sensitive characters, spaces not supported.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

You can create an alarm filtering table and run the mask feature-name command to define the alarms that users are not concerned about in this table, preventing these alarms from being reported.

Prerequisites

The alarm filtering table exists.

Configuration Impact

The mask feature-name command can be repeatedly run to filter out multiple alarms.
