The mode channel bandwidth maximize command enables the channelized bandwidth extension mode.
The undo mode channel bandwidth maximize command disables the channelized bandwidth extension mode.
By default, the channelized bandwidth extension mode is not configured.
Usage Scenario
In default mode, channelized bandwidth cannot be guaranteed when load balancing is uneven in small-bandwidth scenarios. To ensure channelized bandwidth, run the mode channel bandwidth maximize command to enable the channelized bandwidth extension mode.
Prerequisites
Before configuring the channelized bandwidth expansion mode, enable the channelized interface function.
Precautions
Extension mode: After the mode channel bandwidth maximize command is run in the Eth-Trunk channelized sub-interface view to enable the channelized bandwidth extension mode, the PIRs of channelized SQ/GQ/VI scheduling nodes are delivered based on the configured bandwidth, and the CIRs are split based on the weights of member interfaces. Therefore, when the configured channelized bandwidth exceeds the interface bandwidth, the delay cannot be guaranteed.
The mode channel bandwidth maximize configuration takes effect on a trunk interface whose member interfaces are located on different boards or TM modules instead of a trunk interface whose member interfaces are located on the same board or TM module.
