description (Connect-PCE server view)

Function

The description command configures the description for a candidate PCE server specified for a PCE client.

The undo description command deletes the description for a candidate PCE server specified for a PCE client.

By default, no candidate server description is configured.

Usage Scenario

To help remember and manage candidate PCE servers, run the description command to describe each server. The description contains some characteristics of each candidate PCE server. For example, a description contains information about whether the server supports inter-domain path calculation or whether a server functions as a candidate for a specific client.
