Function

The tunnel load-balance by-session command enables tunnel load balancing based on the number of sessions on tunnel boards bound to an LNS group.

The undo tunnel load-balance by-session command restores the default configuration.

By default, tunnel load balancing based on the number of sessions on tunnel boards bound to an LNS group is disabled.

This command is supported only on the NetEngine 8000 F1A.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

When multiple tunnel boards are bound to an LNS group, to implement tunnel load balancing based on the number of sessions on tunnel boards bound to an LNS group, run the tunnel load-balance by-session command.

Configuration Impact

Tunnels are preferentially established on the tunnel board that has the fewest L2TP users in the LNS group.
