This log is supported only on NetEngine 8000 F1A.
In VS mode, this log is supported only by the admin VS.
Possible Causes
The device triggers a switchover when the prefix pool has been isolated for 20 times.
Procedure
1. Run the display ipv6 prefix name command to check the number of times that the address pool is isolated.
2. Run the clear auto-block ipv6-prefix command in the diagnostic view to unlock the address pool.
- If the fault persists, go to Step 3.
- If the fault is rectified, go to Step 4.
3. Collect alarm, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
