New multicast groups attempted to join the channel on the sub-interface when the number of multicast groups in the channel on the sub-interface reached or exceeded the configured limit.
1. Run the display l2-multicast limit command to check whether the configured bandwidth limit for multicast groups in the channel on the current QinQ termination sub-interface is smaller than or equal to the statistics.
2. Run the undo l2-multicast dynamic-group command to delete unneeded entries, and then check whether the alarm recurs.
3. Lower the configured bandwidth limit for multicast groups on the current QinQ termination sub-interface as required, and then check whether the alarm recurs.
4. Run the display l2-multicast limit channel channel-name command to check whether the configured bandwidth limit for the multicast groups in the channel on the current QinQ termination sub-interface is too small.
5. Increase the bandwidth limit for the multicast groups in the channel on the current QinQ termination sub-interface as required, and then check whether the alarm recurs.
6. Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
