1. Check whether the source switching is caused by the configuration information. If yes, modify the configuration information or do not perform any operation.
2. Ensure that the physical interface connected to the external clock source is up.
3. Ensure that PTP packets are correctly sent and received.
4. Ensure that the networking environment and related services support IEEE 1588v2 time synchronization.
5. If the switchover is abnormal, contact maintenance personnel to locate the fault.
6. Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support.
