Possible Causes

Cause 2:A VC was created.
Cause 18:An AC interface went Up.
Cause 23:The bearer tunnel went Up.
Cause 44:The BFD for PW status changed to Up.
Cause 48:The PW was manually recovered.
Cause 95:PW or AC token exceed resume.
