1.If the faulty subcard is just installed and no service is run, pull out the subcard and check whether any bent or broken pins exist on the connector of the subcard and the slot where the subcard resides.
2.If the slot where the subcard resides has bent or broken pins, do not install a new subcard into the faulty slot. Collect the alarm information, log information, and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
3.If only the connector of the subcard has bent or broken pins, replace the subcard.
4.Install the subcard securely, for example, tighten screws to fix the subcard.
5.If services on the subcard become normal but the alarm persists, collect the alarm information, log information, and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
